Terms and conditions
- Members can enjoy exclusive benefits as part of the Summer of Rewards via the U By Emaar mobile app, requiring members to earn or redeem points via the mobile app for summer rewards to be applicable
- The Summer of Rewards is valid from July 15 to September 15, 2021
- All discounts and accelerated earnings are applicable only on the Eligible spend, the details of which are outlined under the ‘Eligibility’ section below
- All discounts and accelerated earnings are not applicable in conjunction with other promotions, packages, deals or offers
- Stay related discounts is only applicable on the eligible room rate and does not include any municipality fees, tourism fee, taxes including value added tax and similar charges accruable
- Stay related discounts offering upto 20% off is based on the selected property. This is outlined under the section “Stay discounts upto 20% across participating outlets; discount criteria”
- Play related discounts is based on the member tier outlined under the section “Play discounts upto 30% across participating outlets; discount criteria”
- Stay and Play related discounts is applicable on for individual bookings and not group bookings
- Stay and Play related discounts are non transferrable
- Any accelerated earning are ‘Bonus Points’ and do not contribute towards Tier progress
- The offer will be considered void where prohibited by law or should these terms and conditions not be met
- You acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand, and consent to these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them
- Participating business and U By Emaar supersede any pending decisions that determine the outcome of any disputed accelerated earnings or discounts

Eligibility
- All transactions made across participating U By Emaar venues at Emaar Hospitality, Emaar Malls and Emaar Entertainment are eligible to be part of the Summer of Rewards campaign
- All transactions required to be fully paid to be eligible for any and all Summer of Rewards benefit
- In the event of customers booking a hotel stay across participating hotels under U By Emaar the transaction marking the completion of payment is when it will be considered as an eligible transaction
- Spends after any discounts including tier discounts, outlets packages, taxes, government fees and similar charges will only be considered as an eligible transaction
- In the event of any disputes, U By Emaar reserves the right to withdraw any benefits, offers, discounts and accelerated points to be awarded as part of this campaign
- For Emirates NBD U By Emaar credit card holders will only be rewarded accelerated earnings on transactions made within Emaar Hospitality and Emaar Entertainment by scanning their bar code on their credit card (accelerated rewards will only be given as per U By Emaar tier benefit structure i.e. 1 U Points on every AED 1 spent)
- For Emirates NBD U By Emaar credit card holders only receipt upload transactions across Dubai Marina Mall, The Springs Souk, The Meadows Souk and The Meadows Village will be rewarded accelerated points (accelerated rewards will only be given as per U By Emaar tier benefit structure i.e. 1 U Points on every AED 20 spent)
Governing Law:
- This discount and the procedures associated with it shall be subject to UAE Federal Laws and the law of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be referred to the Dubai Courts (excluding DIFC courts)
- All discounts and related benefits are subject to U By Emaar program terms and conditions
- Any accelerated points and benefits as part of this campaign stands to be refused should any of the above terms and conditions are not met
