• UBE members will earn 91% extra Points on the eligible receipts when they spend and upload the receipts on the U By Emaar App
• UBE members will earn 91% extra points only if spends are during the campaign period and with the participating partner in the eligible category
• 91% Extra Points will be awarded to members when they spend at participating Emaar Malls during 22 Sep to 2 Oct 2021
• Offer is not applicable for spends outside the campaign period regardless of when the receipt was uploaded
• UBE conditions apply to this offer as per the general program terms and conditions

Governing Law:

• This campaign and the procedures associated with it shall be subject to UAE Federal Laws and the law of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be referred to the Dubai Courts (excluding DIFC courts).
